I experienced major issues with room assignments upon check-in. They mixed up my reservation and put my belongings in someone else's room, leaving me feeling insecure. Additionally, the shower pressure was nearly non-existent, making it impossible to enjoy a proper shower after a long day.

An absolutely charming place with a perfect location by the river and close to the cathedral. The room exuded cleanliness and comfort, featuring a spacious setup with ample light and a superb bathroom. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. On the downside, the noise from the adjacent dining area was sometimes distracting, and the breakfast options left something to be desired. Still, the cozy atmosphere and excellent bed made for an enjoyable stay.
